• The content of this product is aimed to ease the work of the persons using it and not to replace their work.

• The goal is not to provide comprehensive information, but rather basic, relevant and practical information.

• The product is made based on experience in the field and we therefore expect the user to make decisions based on their knowledge and most importantly, their own clinical experience.

1. Application data

• This refers to any actions taken while using the application.

• The data is kept locally on your device and therefore should you uninstall the application, Essor Medicine will not be liable for any records, payments or any data lost.

2. Advertising and tracking

• Essor Medicine does not collect any personal information for the purposes of advertising.

• The consumer can be assured that their information, will be safe and not accessible by Essor Medicine for the purposes of advertising.

• Each device has a unique Google ID and these are the IDs Google uses to determine what type of Ad you receive.

• For the purpose of tracking the Application data like payments, Essor Medicine will collect the email address and device ID.

• A user may decide to use the app without registering or subscribing provided they are willing to watch Ads in exchange for time .

3. Contributors

• These are the respectable persons that have greatly contributed articles, material on various disease conditions to Essor Medicine out of generousity.

• They will have a biography and their contributions listed under their name.

-- To return this generousity, Essor Medicine will grant the contributors the freedom to name their work places and institutions under their biography

~ Essor Medicine will reserve the right to moderate these listings.

• In order to become a contributor one must fulfil the following criteria.

-- They must have contributed at least any 10 literature (for example on articles, disease condition, procedures and protocols, pharmacological drugs amongst others).

~ The literature must be well sourced, well written with images, videos e.t.c and very compressive.

~ For the disease conditions, important sections like Introduction, Epidemiology, Risk factors, Pathogenesis and Pathophysiology, Clinical features, Investigation, Diagnostic criteria, Management and References.

-- The literature must have been reviewed by Essor Medicine and also available on the websites.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are recognized by device.

--This means a user will subscribe separately for each device

--This has been done to prevent fraud.

--Unusual activity will lead to a ban from the service.
